Thank you for visiting Bright Lock and Key. We are a Fully Mobile Locksmith offering Locksmith services Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 11pm. We Offer Locksmith service for Automotive, Home and Commercial Locks. We are a local company that serves all of the metro Detroit area. Also unlike most locksmiths in the area we do not charge higher prices for night or weekend calls. We charge the same if it is 10am or 10 pm. Automotive
We specialize in automotive locksmith service. If you need a lost key replaced, car door unlocked, or a transponder key programmed we can help.
Safes
Need a combination changed? Or maybe the combination dial has felt a little weird the last couple times you used it. Please call us to repair it before you get locked out. Or maybe you are tired or turning that dial and would like a new diqital keypad installed. Just give us a call.
Residential
We offer many services to help home owners such as lockout services, lock rekeys, and deadbolts installed just to name a few.
Service Area
We offer service to all of Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties. We are always here to help so if you would like to find out how soon we can come out please call. We will give you an Eta of how soon we can be there to help you.
Commercial
When you need locks rekeyed, a master key system installed in your building, or high security locks installed, we have you covered. We have services for all of your commercial Locksmithing needs.
WARNING!!
Please watch out for scammer "locksmiths". They use a bait and switch scam on people by offering low $15 or $29 service calls only to come out and damage your lock and charge hundreds by the time they are finished. They have very non descriptive names and when you call, you talk to an operator that dispatches them out instead of a real Locksmith. Also when you talk to them they will not give you a set price, only a starting at price. You have been warned!!

​Our pricing is the same no matter what the time or day. We also have set pricing for most work that we do so you do not have to wonder if the price will go up after we get there. I can usualy tell you the exact cost right over the phone. We have been doing this a long time so we know what it takes to do the job when you tell us the problem over the phone. Please beware of any Locksmith that is not sure of pricing until they get there
